Good company to work for. We used their mobile app for the first time this past winter and it was simple to use. We're hoping to do more with them next season. Each year we do a little more but they really monitor how much work they award to one company. This is our first year working with them on landscaping. It's too early to rate them but so far so good.

We have been dealing with management companies for over five years with our snow plow contracts and this year our contracts contained three. Of the three companies that were fast on payment and true to the contract was Facility Source in AZ. In addition, whenever I needed help and called the contact numbers for various reps, they always answered the phone and always seemed to get back to me in timely fashion. I was very impressed because management companies are usually like calling outer space with no response. Not all of our experiences with management companies I can say are so positive.
